Step 1: First of all, Log In to your Blogger blog and go to the blogger blog Dashboard.

Step 2: Then, go to Settings.

Step 3: Now, there will be various options in the Blogger blog settings; click on 'Title' under the 'Basic' section.

• (1.) In basic, you will first see the title written, by clicking on it you can change the Title of the blogger blog.
• (2.) Below that you will see Description written, from there you can change the Description of the blog title.

Step 4: As soon as you click on the title, the page will pop up like the screenshot below, 

Step 5: Just like I named my blog title Blogger Origin, similarly you can also change your blog title and after giving the title, as soon as you click on save, the name of your blog will change.

Similarly you can also change the description of your blogger blog title, then click on save.

Now if you refresh your blog, you will see that the title and description of your blog will have changed.
